Description
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Multi Millet Flour (Flours of Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Kodo Millet, Banyard Millet and Foxtail Millet), Edible vegetable oil, Salt and Purified Water.
Tastemaker Ingredients: Chilli Powder, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Pepper, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves and Khus Khus.
Cooking Instructions:
STEP 1 – Boil 1 litre of water, add a tablespoon of oil and the full pack of noodles and cook till the noodles are soft. Drain the excess water.
STEP 2 – Heat a pan, add desired quantity of oil and saute chopped vegetables of your choice such as onions, carrots, cabbage and capsicum.
STEP 3 – Heat another pan, add desired qunatity of oil and the contents of the tastemaker pack and saute for few seconds. Finally add the vegetables and cooked noodles to the tastemaker mix and serve hot.
