Description
Ingredients: Coriander, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Turmeric and Cumin
Directions for Use (Serves two):
Ripe tomato – 4 to 5
Thur Dhal – 4 tablespoons
Rasam Powder – 1tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – a bit
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry and coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions:
STEP 1 – Cook the dhal and mash well.
STEP 2 – Cut tomatoes. Add to it 1/4 litre of water, salt, rasam powder and asafoetida and boil.
STEP 3 – After 10 minutes, add the cooked dhal.
STEP 4 – When the rasam froths up, add curry and coriander leaves.
STEP 5 – Season with mustard seeds.
