Description

Created with the intent of providing a healthy alternative to traditional namkeens like bhujia, Millet Sev is based on the most prominent positive millet, Foxtail, also known as Kangni. With the right mix of Kangni and Besan (Chickpea flour), Millet Sev is Melwach’s first Foxtail-based snack product. As with all our products, no oil is reused in the making. Millet Sev is a thinner version of Millet Crunch that is closer to available bhujias.
