Cooking Instructions:
STEP 1 – Slightly roast with 1 tsp oil/ghee for a minute to eliminate raw taste.
STEP 2 – Pulav, Upma, Kheer and other dishes can be prepared.
STEP 3 – For Upma & Pulav use 1.5 cups water for 1 cup semiya.
