Description
Ingredients: Kodo millet flour, Wheat flour, Salt
Tastemaker: Clove, Coriander, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cumin, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tomato Powder, Salt, Sugar
Cooking Procedure:
STEP 1 – Boil 600ml water for 175gms of noodles with vegetables and little oil.
STEP 2 – Add the noodles and tastemaker.
STEP 3 – Cook for few minutes in an open pan and occasionally stir it.
STEP 4 – Serve without draining excess water.
